At Norcross Family Dentistry, we believe that the most important dental treatment that we can provide for you is regular preventive care. In our efforts to provide you with the best preventive care, our doctors recommend the following regular preventive treatment for our patients.

  • Regular cleaning and exams every 6 months. For some patients we may recommend more frequent visits.
  • Topical fluoride treatment for patients every 6 months.
  • Bitewing X-Rays every year.
  • One full mouth series of X-Rays every 5 years.
  • One panoramic X-Ray every 5 years.

We recognize the individuality of our patients. Please feel free to discuss with us any concerns you have regarding these recommendations.

We also know that while many of our patients are covered by dental insurance, there are also many who are not. For those without the benefit of dental insurance coverage, it is our experience that good preventive dental care can help to prevent costly out of pocket expenses.
